Refund and Returns Policy for GoTrendo

At GoTrendo, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

⬤ The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

⬤ The item must be in the original packaging

⬤  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

To start a return, please contact us at tumbadiyagroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

 ⬤ Your order number

 ⬤ Photos of the item

 ⬤ Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

 ⬤ Used or worn products

 ⬤ Items damaged by misuse

 ⬤ Items returned without prior request


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

 ⬤ Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

 ⬤ Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again

2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

3. Contact your bank

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
